FAO is the lead United Nation’s agency concerned with soils. It hosts the Secretariat of the Global Soil Partnership and has in its long history produced guidelines and manuals on all aspects of soils. FAO assists member countries in soil matters in the field from HQ and Regional FAO offices with advice and project implementation.
