If you are interested in attending the meeting, please confirm your participation no later than September 5 through the Codex online registration system, or alternatively send the information of the appointed delegates to the following e-mail addresses:

Procedure to obtain a visa

To find out if a visa is required for Mexico, it is
recommended to check the following website:
INM.
Requirements for processing a visa can be read on the following website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
http://www.sre.gob.mx/index.php/visas-para-extranjeros, and in the website http://serviciosconsulares.sre.gob.mx/index.php/es/visas

If a visa is required, please perform the processing with at least one month in advance. The Secretariat of the CCFFV may only grant customized letters to delegates who require it.
If so, please send your request to via email to[email protected] copying to
[email protected], indicating the name of the person and job information, as well as the recipient's e-mail address.
Unless applications are received by September 5, the possibility of having such letter will not be guaranteed.

Translation

Spanish, English and French translation will be provided.

Documents and Report

Paper copies of the working paper will not be available for this meeting, so it is important to bring them with you.

Internet

Internet service will be available in the meeting venue.
