Pour chaque rapport soumis, la date de sa réception par le Secrétaire est indiquée.

Les rapports soumis sont publiés dans la forme et la langue dans lesquelles ils ont été reçus. Les modifications rédactionnelles mineures apportées incluent le rendu complet des acronymes et la correction de l'orthographe.
