I have the honour to draw your attention to Resolution 7/2017, ‘Implementation of Article 9, Farmers’ Rights’, adopted by the Seventh Session of the Governing Body of the International Treaty, by which the Governing Body decided to establish an Ad Hoc Technical Expert Group on Farmers’ Rights (AHTEG).
