The Global Landscapes Forum (GLF) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) will hold a two-day hybrid media seminar on 28–29 April 2022 for journalists from around the world ahead of the XV World Forestry Congress.

The media seminar targets journalists interested in learning and raising awareness about the essential role of forests in the global sustainable agenda. Participants will connect with scientists and experts and gain exclusive access to information and publications, a background briefing on the Congress, an experiences-based session on reporting about forests, success stories from the Republic of Korea, and guidance on communicating key Congress messages.

The seminar is free and available in English, French and Spanish. Journalists are welcome to attend either online or in person in Seoul.
