Mexican university to hold its first ever food safety forum for World Food Safety Day

The Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco University in Mexico will hold its first ever Food Safety Forum on World Food Safety Day.
The objective of the event is to “contribute to sanitary quality in the production and conservation of food”, through conferences in the Academic Division of Agricultural Sciences of the University.
Subjects to be covered include sanitary surveillance in meat processing, graduate experiences in Business Process Management (BPM) in the meat industry, and foodborne diseases. There will also be an exhibition of posters on food safety and nutrition.
