食源性疾病可能会影响世界各地的每一个人,了解负担程度,有助于国家主管部门和企业采取有针对性的行动。关于不安全食品健康负担的可靠数据, _是制定循证政策、协调多部门行动以及引导消费者作出知情选择的基础。

食物全链条中的每一个人(从农民、生产者、运输者、零售商、食品检验员、厨师和消费者)都能从关于如何预防污染和疾病的科学指导中受益。政府可将数据转化为具有成本效益的政策与干预措施, _食品企业可以利用数据改进操作,个人可以做出有据可依的决定。值此“世界食品安全日”,我们强调卫生数据就是力量:只有掌握食品风险的规模、分布和影响,才能最大限度确保食品安全。
