The Second Meeting of the Ad Hoc Open-Ended Working Group to Enhance the Functioning of the Multilateral System of Access and Benefit-Sharing was held in Geneva, Switzerland, from 8 to 11 December 2014, including regional and inter-regional consultations. The Co-Chairs of the Working Group are Dr. Bert Visser and Mr. Modesto Fernández. The venue of the meeting was the Palais des Nations.
