污染物

污染物指并非有意添加于食品中的物质。食品生产过程可能会导致物质在以下任何阶段进入食品:制造、处理、储存、加工或分配。污染物也可以从环境中进入食物。必须仔细监督食品中存在的这类物质,以免污染物影响食品质量或食品安全。

食品法典在污染物中的作用

食品或饲料商品中污染物的法典最高限量(最大使用量)指食品法典委员会推荐物质在商品中法定允许的最高浓度。由于许多污染物是自然产生的,所以不可能针对这些物质采取零限量。为了保护人类健康,食品法典基于详实的科学证据,致力于将这些物质保持在尽可能低的水平。

食品污染物法典委员会确定并批准食品和饲料中污染物和天然毒素的最高容许限量或指导值。它制定污染物和天然毒素重点清单,供粮农组织/世卫组织食品添加剂联合专家委员会开展风险评估。

食品污染物法典委员会审议确定食品和饲料中污染物和天然毒素的分析和采样方法,并制定和详细阐述相关主题的标准或操作规范。它还审议了食典委分配的关于食品和饲料中污染物及天然毒素的其他事项。

The safety standards set by CCCF at the core of the Codex mandate

Large scale FAO Total Diet Study successfully assesses chemical residue contamination in food in Benin, Cameroon, Mali and Nigeria

FAO Food Safety and Quality Officers reported at CCAFRICA23 on a Total Diet Study (TDS) that for the first time covered a wide geographical area and examined a high number of chemical contaminants including mycotoxins, dioxins, pesticides, and heavy metals. A TDS is an instrument to assess the dietary exposure of populations to specific chemical contaminants. Codex adopts code of practice to reduce exposure to contaminants in refined oils

Indonesia proud to host Codex contaminants meeting

Penny K.
