ان التنسيق للدستور الغذائي في أوروبا- المانيا

أنشأت هيئة الدستور الغذائي في دورتها الثانية عام 1964 لجنة التنسيق لهيئة الدستور الغذائي في أوروبا لتحل محل "المجلس الأوروبي للدستور الغذائي" ولتحل محل "المجموعة الاستشارية لأوروبا" التي تم تشكيلها في دورتها الأولى عام 1963.

وتم عقد الاجتماع الأول للجنة التنسيق لهيئة الدستور الغذائي في أوروبا في تموز/ يوليو 1965 في برن بسويسرا وبحضور 16 دولة من المنطقة.

تتخذ ألمانيا، وهي المنسق الحالي، من الوزارة الاتحادية للأغذية والزراعة (BMEL) مقرا لها. .

إن الأولويات الرئيسية لألمانيا كمنسق هي كالتالي:

  • تقليل الحواجز التي تحول دون المشاركة النشطة لأعضاء المنطقة في عمل هيئة الدستور الغذائي،
  • زيادة الوعي بدور هيئة الدستور الغذائي وسلامة الأغذية بشكل عام في التحول نحو نظم غذائية مستدامة، و
  • تعزيز استخدام معايير هيئة الدستور الغذائي في المجالات ذات الأولوية مثل مقاومة مضادات الميكروبات.

وعند التطرق لهذه الأولويات، سيستخدم المنسق أوجه التآزر من الأنشطة الدولية والإقليمية لأمانة هيئة الدستور الغذائي ومنظمة الأغذية والزراعة للأمم المتحدة ومنظمة الصحة العالمية فضلا عن المراقبين لهيئة الدستور الغذائي.

Celebrating the World Food Safety Day in Turkey
