Due to the situation regarding the outbreak of COVID-19, the 27th meeting of the Codex Committee on Fats and Oils (CCFO) that is originally scheduled to take place in Kuala Lumpur in February 2021, will be postponed to second half of 2021. Date and venue is yet to be confirmed.

Information regarding how work will continue and other updates will be published as and when necessary.

In addition, the deadline for replies to requests for comments through Circular Letter CL 2019/54-FO Request for proposals for new work and or amendments to existing Codex Standards has been extended to 18 December 2020.
