Комитет Кодекса по системам контроля и сертификации импорта и экспорта пищевых продуктов (CCFICS)

Круг полномочий:(a) разработка принципов и методических указаний для систем контроля и сертификации импорта и экспорта пищевых продуктов в целях гармонизации методов и процедур, гарантирующих защиту здоровья потребителей, добросовестность торговли, а также содействующих развитию международной торговли продовольствием;
(б) разработка принципов и методических указаний по применению мер компетентными органами экспортирующих и импортирующих стран в целях обеспечения, когда это необходимо, гарантий того, что пищевая продукция соответствует требованиям, в особенности, законодательно установленным требованиям по защите здоровья;
(в) разработка методических указаний по использованию, при необходимости, систем обеспечения качества*, гарантирующих, что пищевые продукты соответствуют предъявляемым требованиям, а также содействовать признанию этих систем для упрощения торговли продовольственными товарами в рамках двусторонних/многосторонних соглашений;
(г) в целях международной гармонизации разработка методических указаний и критериев в отношении формата, деклараций и языка официальных сертификатов, которые могут потребоваться странам;
(д) подготовка рекомендаций по информационному обмену в отношении контроля импорта/экспорта пищевых продуктов;
(е) представление рекомендаций по обмену информацией, касающейся импорта продуктов питания/экспортного контроля;
(f) проведение при необходимости консультаций с другими международными группами, которые работают над вопросами, связанными с системами инспектирования и сертификации продуктов питания;
(g) рассмотрение других вопросов, порученных ему Комиссией в связи с системами инспектирования и сертификации продуктов питания.

*Обеспечение качества подразумевает все те запланированные и систематические меры, которые необходимы для обеспечения уверенности в том, что продукт или услуга будут удовлетворять требованиям, предъявляемым к качеству (ISO-8402 Quality - Vocabulary)
