World Food Safety Day webinar in Spain will compare food safety management systems

To celebrate "World Food Safety Day" Ainia, a Spanish food safety training organization, will take a comparative look at Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Preventive Controls, with a focus on food safety in different areas of the world, for example, the European Union and the United States of America.

The event will present the main food regulations and their importance in food safety, compare different food safety management systems and the benefits of their application and explain the main differences between HACCP and Preventive Controls in the food industry.

Aimed at food industry professionals including those involved in production, quality control, warehousing, dispatches and purchasing. University students and postgraduates related to food science and technology and other people interested in knowledge of food safety/security in the world may also benefit.
