GENERAL INFORMATION

The 20th Session of the FAO/WHO Coordinating Committee for Latin America and the Caribbean will be held from November 21st–25th 2016 in Viña del Mar, Chile.
The Session will begin at 09:00, Monday, November 21st. The Session will be conducted in English and Spanish.

SIDE EVENTS

There will be following side events to be held in conjunction with the Session:
• ACHIPIA results of the IICA twinning program – Monday 21st November 13:00-14:00
• Codex communication tools - Tuesday 22nd November 13:00-14:00
• CTF 2 Informative session – Wednesday 23rd November 13:00-14:00
Delegates wishing to attend the side events are requested to click on the box of the side event included in the “Additional information” at the bottom of the e-registration form.

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION

All participants should provide their information (names and addresses) through the online registration system by accessing the link below, latest by 10th September 2016.

Login and password for the online registration have been provided to all Codex Contact Points and Contact Point of Observers Organizations. If the login and password have not been received, please contact [email protected].
Only in case of technical difficulty, the registration form should be sent directly to the CCLAC Secretariat.

The documents for the session are available in English and Spanish. They will be placed on the Codex website as soon as they are prepared. NB! We kindly remind you to obtain all documentation from the Codex website prior to the meeting.
