World Food Safety Day Portugal/ Workshop on parasites in sushi

A group of scientists in the veterinary medicine faculty of the Universidade Lusófona in Lisbon is organizing an event for World Food Safety Day. It is a workshop entitled "Conversations about parasites in sushi. Awareness and prevention". rganizers say that this is a situation that is becoming increasingly more of a concern in Portugal although the population is mostly unaware.
